Our team is dedicated to helping infants, children, adolescents and young adults with neurological disorders. The process of diagnosing and treating a child with a neurological condition can be stressful for families. We strive to create a compassionate, welcoming environment for our patients and their families. We know that no one knows your child as well as you, and we believe you are an important participant in your child's entire treatment process.

Training Future Doctors

Our doctors are grateful for the excellent medical education and training they received. We give back by helping educate the next generation of physicians. Since 2012, we have helped train residents interested in pursuing pediatric neurology as a medical specialty. Currently, our physicians are training pediatric neurology residents from Texas A&M College of Medicine.
Medical School Faculty

Several of our physicians also serve as faculty for Texas A&M College of Medicine.

A pediatric neurology specialty requires at least five years of training following graduation from medical school. There are several pathways to train. Our program is unique in that we allow all five years to be completed at Pediatrix® Specialty Care of Austin. We believe doing so offers residents the opportunity to build relationships with patients and families, which is an essential aspect for delivering high-quality care.
Organizations We Support
Great patient care is a team effort. It requires excellent medical care and an attentive medical team.
