About

Jill Purdie, M.D., is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has practiced obstetrics and gynecology (OBGYN) at Northside Women’s Specialists, part of Pediatrix® Medical Group, since 2008. As an OBGYN and the practice’s medical director, she organizes and coordinates all services to ensure quality patient care.

As one of the only practices in the Greater Atlanta area with obstetrics, specialized gynecology and maternal-fetal medicine in a single practice, Northside Women’s Specialists offers care throughout a woman’s life, from routine gynecologic and obstetric care to complex, high-risk pregnancies and menopause.

An expert in her field and known for the quality care and leadership she provides, in 2020-2023, Dr. Purdie was recognized by Castle Connelly as a Top Doctor of Atlanta. Dr. Purdie received her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed her OBGYN residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, South Atlantic Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (SAAOG) and a fellow with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her clinical interests include contraceptive counseling, adolescent gynecology, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
