Securely pay your bill online using our Bill Pay Service. Please have your statement available and locate the Identification Number on the left of the statement to easily pay your bill.
If you received a bill from one of our practices and have a question, please call Patient Services at 877-511-2296. Press 1, and then Press 2 to reach a representative who can assist you. Representatives are available Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm EST to answer your questions.

Pediatrix Financial Assistance Policy
Pediatrix assists patients who may not have the financial ability to pay all of their medical bills. Uninsured patients/families can apply for this assistance. To qualify, you will need to complete a financial assistance form and share information about your finances, which may include information about your income, W-2s or tax return forms.
Patients cannot apply for financial assistance until a bill/statement has been received. Once you receive a bill/statement from Pediatrix, please call Patient Services at 877-511-2296 and a representative will work with you to apply for financial assistance. The amount of assistance a patient receives depends on their individual financial situation.
