Dr. See attended medical school at Midwestern University AZCOM at Glendale, AZ. He then completed a general surgery internship and orthopedic residency training at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. He served four years as a general orthopedic surgeon at Fort Polk, La., where he was Chief of Surgery for two years. He was deployed to Afghanistan in 2014 as part of a forward surgical team in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Dr. See completed a pediatric orthopedic fellowship at the University of Utah Primary Children/Shriners Hospital for Children in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 2020.

He has a strong interest in spinal deformity, pediatric trauma and lower limb deformity. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Society of Military Orthopedic Surgeons and Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America. He has published research in anatomic studies of the lower extremity, spinal injuries and spinal surgery in adolescents.
