About

Alicia received her undergraduate training at Arkansas State University. She has an associate degree in child development along with a bachelors in biology and chemistry. She is also a board-certified NICU nurse, Pediatric Neonatal Transport Nurse and a nationally registered EMT-B. She received her MSN from the University of Missouri Kansas City. She has practiced as a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with Springfield Mercy NICU since 2011.

Alicia was born and raised in Arkansas and has a love for the outdoors. She lives with her husband in Republic, Missouri and they have 2 sons who are also pursuing careers in healthcare.
