It is with a heavy heart we inform you that, effective May 13, 2024, Pediatrix® Urgent Care of Colorado will be closing all of its locations.

It has been our pleasure to serve your family’s health care needs. Our greatest professional satisfaction has always come from knowing that we take pride in the care we provide to every patient.

To help you receive the care you need, we will be happy to provide you or your primary care provider with copies of your records. Please know that you are free to choose your own provider for your future health care needs. Your medical records and/or copies of your records will be sent to you and/or your requested health care provider free of charge once you sign a release. For your convenience, your records will be stored and available upon request. Please call our office to request copies of your records.
