Jay Patel, M.D.

About

Jay Patel, M.D., is a board-certified pediatric cardiologist who attended the Medical College of Georgia and completed his pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. He returned to Atlanta to complete a pediatric cardiology fellowship and an advanced fellowship in pediatric and adult congenital interventional cardiology at Emory University.

During his training, Dr. Patel received the Gold Humanism Honor Society Award for providing compassionate care. He also received the Fellow Teacher of the Year Award and the Emory University Fellow Research Award.

Dr. Patel strives to ensure that his patients and their families always receive the best care possible. He joined Pediatrix Cardiology Associates & Tampa Bay Adult Congenital Heart Center because his primary goal to provide outstanding clinical care aligned perfectly with the practice’s mission.
