Dr. Jocelyn Garcia de Viera joined Pediatrix Cardiology in 2003 upon completing her Pediatric Cardiology fellowship training at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. She has a special interest in infants, children and adolescents with congenital heart disease, with an emphasis on trans-thoracic echocardiography. Dr. Garcia De Viera has been the recipient of several physician awards, including “Healthy Mother & Healthy Babies of Broward County” and Caguas Regional Hospital’s “The Pediatrics Excellence Award.” She is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics for Broward Health/Nova Southeastern University and the University of Miami. She is also the Medical Director of the Pediatric Echocardiography Lab & Pediatric Cardiology at Broward Health Medical Center.

Dr. Garcia De Viera has medical privileges in all of Broward and Palm Beach hospitals where Specialized Pediatric services are provided.
