Dr. D’Souza received his medical degree from Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College. He completed his pediatric residency at St. John Medical College, Bangalore, India. After moving to the United States, he completed his pediatric residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and cardiology fellowship at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital. He then completed his subspeciality training in Pediatric Electrophysiology at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Dr. D’Souza specializes in electrophysiology (heart rhythm problems) and interventions including ablation of arrhythmias including Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome using radiofrequency and Cryo-Ablation, ICD implantation in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, prevention of sudden death, Long QT syndrome, Brugada syndrome, pacemaker implantations for conduction abnormalities, AV block, loop recorder (LINQ) implantations for long term surveillance of arrhythmias and syncope. Dr. D’Souza joined Northwest Congenital Heart Care in 2017.
