Dr. Castellan is board certified in urology and pediatric urology. He attended medical school at the National University of Rosario. Dr. Castellan completed his residency training at Jackson Memorial Hospital, followed by fellowship training at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Castellan is a member of the American Urological Association. He is also a member of SIUP, Iberoamerican Pediatric Urology Society, where he held the position of President for 2 years. He serves as the Fellowship Program Director for Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. His clinical interests include robotic surgery, minimally invasive surgery and genital reconstruction. Dr. Castellan has been a member of Children’s Urologoy Associates since 2012 and has been with Pediatrix since 1998.

Dr. Castellan is married with three children. His hobbies including traveling and playing tennis. He is also bilingual and enjoys humanitarian work, traveling to Dominican Republic once a year to perform surgeries for underprivileged children.
