Dr. Charles Fred Baker received his fellowship training in neonatology at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, and joined the group in March 2008. Dr. Baker is board-certified in neonatal-perinatal medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Baker is the medical director for the NICU at Providence Portland Medical Center. His areas of clinical interest include prevention of chronic lung disease, neonatal abstinence syndrome, and continuous quality improvement work.
