The NextGen Patient Portal is an internet-based tool, accessible through your provider’s website, that simplifies communication with your physician and eliminates time-consuming calls to the clinic.

You will first need to enroll in the NextGen Patient Portal. You can do this while checking in for an appointment or scheduling your next visit. You will be provided with an eight-digit enrollment token, a unique number that allows you to securely register for the portal. Once enrolled by your clinician, you will receive a patient portal welcome email to complete your registration. You will need to enter your enrollment token number, date of birth, last name and email address to verify your identity.

The NextGen Patient Portal can be accessed on any internet-ready application. There is also a mobile app, NextGen Mobile Solutions, which is available on iOS and Android devices. To download the app, go to your app store and search for NextGen Mobile Solutions. Once you’ve downloaded the app, click on “I have received an invitation” and enter the information you received in the invitation.

The NextGen Patient Portal allows you to:

• Email/message your physician.
• Review test results.
• Request prescription refills.
• Ask billing questions.
• Download your health records.

When important information awaits you in your portal account, you’ll receive an email notice. Then, you simply go to the portal to view the information, or you can connect with the clinic for any of the services listed above.

Yes. If you choose to use the patient portal, your name and email address will be treated with the same care and privacy given to your medical records.
