Soon, the NextGen Patient Portal will update to a new version. This new portal offers a more modern, secure and convenient way to stay connected with your care team.
The new portal will be available on Monday, July 13. Please ensure you are enrolled in the new portal.
Enrollment is simple and only takes a few steps:
- Make sure your practice has your current email address.
- Watch for an email invitation to enroll.
- Create a username and password and follow the prompts to activate your account.
Once enrolled, you’ll have 24/7 access to your health information through the portal. With the new portal, you’ll be able to:
- Communicate securely with your provider or care team
- View upcoming and past appointments
- Review test and lab results (once reviewed by your provider)
- View visit summaries, notes and attachments
- Request prescription refills (when available)
- Review medications and health records
- Access educational health information
You can also review, download or securely share your health records with other health care providers as needed.
