At Surgical Specialty Care of the Mountain States, part of Pediatrix Medical Group we are committed to the safety and well-being of the adults and children entrusted to our care. We actively involve members of the family, the patient's primary care physician and other members of the healthcare team throughout each step of the process to achieve the highest quality outcome.

Surgical Consultation Appointments

To request a pediatric surgery appointment or adult surgery appointment, please call 435-216-3590 or click the "request appointment" button at the top of the page. For the patient's first consultation appointment, please come prepared with your reason for seeing us along with identification and insurance information. If you were referred by your primary care provider, please bring along identification, insurance information and any labs/imaging done prior to the consultation along with access to the lab/imaging report. Surgical options will be discussed and if additional testing is required, our providers will order that, then proceed with a surgical solution.
