Dr. Fagiana received her undergraduate degree in nursing at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas. She received her medical degree at Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. She completed her pediatric residency at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in San Antonio, Texas. She completed her neonatology fellowship training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Dr. Fagiana is board-certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine.

She is the Medical Director of Neonatal Transport Services at Memorial Health University Medical Center Savannah.

Dr. Fagiana was also appointed as Assistant Professor of Pediatrics (Clinical Educator Track) at Mercer University School of Medicine – Savannah Campus at Memorial University Medical Center.

She is an active fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
