We would like to inform you that, effective August 30, 2024, Pediatrix Medical Group of Florida INC d/b/a Tallahassee Perinatal Consultants, part of Pediatrix Medical Group, will cease operations.

To arrange for care with another provider, please contact your referring or primary care provider, your health insurance plan’s list of participating providers, or your county medical association’s physician referral service.

We will be happy to send you or your new provider copies of your medical records free of charge. To request a copy of your medical records, please contact our office before August 30, 2024, or submit a request form at any time at www.pediatrix.com/contact-us.

OBGYN Ultrasound of Puget Sound, part of Pediatrix® Medical Group, provides OB imaging services for expectant mothers as well as expert GYN imaging in the Greater Seattle, Washington, area. We provide a range of medical imaging services specifically designed to monitor and assess the health and development of women and the fetus during pregnancy, such as:

GYN Imaging

All fetal imaging is read onsite by our maternal-fetal medicine specialists with precision, using the latest technology to ensure accurate assessments of fetal development. All GYN imaging is read real-time by our board-certified radiologist. In addition, should an issue arise that requires MFM expertise, patients receive immediate counseling and care coordination to ensure prompt and seamless comprehensive care.
