Pediatrix Neonatology of Texas

About Our Practice

Our mission is to provide compassionate, world-class care to the most vulnerable babies while supporting families throughout their child’s hospital stay. Our multidisciplinary team is equipped to provide comprehensive care for seriously ill newborns and address complications of prematurity and other issues, such as respiratory, craniofacial, endocrine and gastroenterological conditions. We strive to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care with an emphasis on open communication to ensure our tiniest patients and their families feel cared for and nurtured.

High-RIsk Follow-Up

Our high-risk follow-up clinic aims to provide quality, family-centered care to our patients. Our clinic comprises neonatologists, pediatricians, nurse practitioners, dieticians and therapists whose goal is to identify developmental, nutritional and related health problems early to assist in and improve the long-term outcomes and medical care of high-risk infants. We are committed to providing care consistent with the best clinical practices and supportive of each child’s medical home. Through education and collaboration with other members of the community, we serve as advocates for children who either have or may be at risk for developing special health care needs.
