First Triplets Cared for in NICU in a Decade

Ryan, Roger and Robert Reis are the first set of triplets cared for in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at Boca Raton Regional Hospital in at least a decade. Mom Amanda was guided by Caroline Stella, M.D., of Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists of Boca Raton, part of Pediatrix® Medical Group. She delivered the triplets at 33 weeks, and they spent three weeks in the NICU under the care of Howard Brenker, M.D., and the team at Pediatrix® Neonatology of Florida. Now home and thriving – with each baby weighing over five pounds – Amanda and her husband are deeply grateful to the dedicated medical team that made their miracle possible.
