OB Hospitalist Services May Include: 

• Evaluating patients during triage or in an obstetric emergency department.
• Providing inpatient and emergency department consultations Responding to OBGYN emergencies.
• Caring for unassigned OBGYN patients. Overseeing residents, fellows, midwives or advanced practice nurses.
• Serving on patient safety and quality review boards.
