Enhanced Antenatal or Prenatal Diagnostic Screening

Prenatal screening refers to various tests to determine, through a non-invasive manner, if a fetus is at increased risk for certain abnormalities (especially genetic abnormalities). These tests include maternal serum screening, nuchal translucency measurement, cell-free fetal DNA, and carrier screening. Our office offers these screening tests. In addition, if screening indicates an increased risk and/or if the patient desires diagnostic (invasive) testing, our MFM specialists are specifically trained in amniocentesis and can counsel patients properly regarding any risks.
