Pediatrix® Eye Care of Kirkland (formerly Children’s Eye Care) has proudly served infants, children, adolescents and young adults with routine medical and surgical eye care needs since 2008.
Every patient, and every patient’s family, is important to us. We take the necessary time to educate our patients and their families about their unique eye care needs and work with them to determine viable solutions for long-term vision health.
Our board-certified pediatric ophthalmologist and optometrist bring more than three decades of combined eye care experience to infants, children, adolescents and young adults. They specialize in examining the entire visual system to diagnose and treat all forms of vision issues and manage diseases, injuries and various disorders of the eyes.
For patients requiring vision correction, our licensed optician helps patients select the appropriate eyewear tailored to their unique needs and explains how to wear and care for glasses or contact lenses properly.
We understand visits to doctor’s offices can induce fear and anxiety, so we’ve worked diligently to create a comfortable atmosphere with brightly colored, child-themed areas throughout our office, including our exam rooms. Our kind staff, unique play area and movie room help put children at ease and make for a positive experience.

Our play area is unique for a doctor’s office. It offers children a place to play while their eyes are dilating, or a distraction while you are picking out glasses for your child in our optical shop.
A sterile exam room can be anxiety-producing for anyone. That's why our rooms are themed, each with a different wall mural. The rooms are large with plenty of room for families, siblings, or strollers.

Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Lunch from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.)
Friday: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
