Morgen Doty Hool, D.O.

About

Dr. Morgen Doty Hool received her medical degree at the University of Notre Dame and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Saint Peter's Medical Center of New Brunswick. After residency, Dr. Doty moved to Houston to complete her Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). Dr. Doty joined Obstetrix Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists in 2020. She is Board Certified in both OB/GYN as well as Maternal-Fetal Medicine.

Her choice to practice Maternal-Fetal Medicine is based on her passion for caring for a woman's mind and body. Dr. Doty enjoys educating her patients on the specifics of their pregnancy, especially if there are high risk concerns. She has done research on meditation in pregnancy, and believes in treating the body/mind/spirit of the patient. Dr Doty has also done research regarding IVF pregnancies, which was inspired by her own IVF journey.

When she is not caring for her patients, Dr. Doty enjoys traveling, cheering for Notre Dame sports teams, and being a mother. Dr. Doty is proud to serve Houston's MFM needs and is located primarily at our Tanglewood office.
