About

Women’s healthcare has been an interest of Dr. Werner's originating in college and extending to the present day. She worked as a general OBGYN in private practice for the first 12 years of her career and have transitioned to being an OB Hospitalist beginning in 2021. She loves the challenge of each workday being a new adventure and learning from her colleagues as she continue to grow in experience and knowledge. Dr. Werner's clinical interests include complicated pregnancies including intrapartum management of preeclampsia, fetal growth restriction, preterm premature rupture of membranes, substance use in pregnancy, teen pregnancy and advanced maternal age. In her free time, Dr. Werner enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoy traveling, riding horses, hiking, paddle boarding and experiencing the culture and culinary landscapes of her new city.
