About

Dr. Isada was born in Ann arbor, Michigan where his parents from the Philippines were in graduate studies at University of Michigan (Go Big Blue!). He grew up and attended medical school in Buffalo, New York and completed an Internal Medicine residency in Madison WI, completed a second residency in Ob/Gyn and fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at George Washington University along with a fellowship in Reproductive Genetics in Detroit, MI.

Dr. Isada was in private practice and then was an employed physician in Alaska for 20 years. He was most recently in the South Bend area in a two-MFM specialty practice. His wife, Kim, is now enjoying the warmer climate in Georgia. Their son, Matthew is currently in a PhD program at Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Isada has special interests in placental evolution, plate tectonics and military history of the American Civil War and the Second World War. He is looking forward to serving the obstetric population of Metro Atlanta and working with a great team at Pediatrix.
