About
Alyssa Hosey-Johnson, FNP-BC grew up in Southeast Georgia and has always had a passion for labor and delivery. She graduated from Middle Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse in high-risk units in both Macon and Savannah, Georgia. As a nurse, she has had the honor of delivering 2 of her nephews.
Alyssa got her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from South University in Savannah, Georgia. Soon after graduation in 2017, Alyssa moved to Atlanta and started working as a nurse practitioner in Maternal Fetal Medicine. Alyssa joined the Maternal Fetal Specialists in December of 2023 and is excited to be part of such a fantastic academic team of clinicians.
Alyssa is married to her husband, Matthew and they share 3 active young boys. She and her family enjoy playing outside, coaching T-ball, and spending time with their 2 rescue dogs.
