About

Dr. Jahee Hong was born in Seoul, South Korea, and obtained her medical degree at Ewha Womans University in Seoul, South Korea. She moved to Brooklyn, NY for her pediatric residency training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and completed her training with a fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at Cohen Children’s Medical Center of NY, Northwell Health System. She is currently board certified in pediatrics and pediatric critical care medicine.

Dr. Hong relocated to Richmond in 2021, joining Bon Secours Mercy Health St. Mary’s Hospital. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Society of Critical Care Medicine, and Society of Pediatric Sedation.

When not working, Dr. Hong enjoys her time practicing yoga, traveling, and spending time at various art museums.
