About
Lisa Elizalde is a board-certified neonatal nurse practitioner with more than 22 years of dedicated experience in neonatal-perinatal medicine. She provides advanced bedside care to premature and critically ill newborns and is committed to delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality care to NICU patients and their families.
Lisa earned her Master of Science in nursing with a specialization in neonatal nurse practice from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, in 2016. She brings years of high-acuity neonatal care in a level III NICU, supported by a strong foundation of fourteen years as a NICU registered nurse.
Throughout her career, she has remained committed to delivering compassionate care with lifelong learning and refined clinical skills. Outside of work, she values quality family time along with traveling. Lisa Elizalde remains committed to high-quality, family-centered care for newborns and their families in the Rio Grande Valley.
