Nanette Sanders

Nanette Sanders joined the Company in 1997 and currently serves as Executive Vice President of National Operations, where she is responsible for overseeing national medical group operations and providing leadership of the Company's Operating Divisions to ensure alignment with the Company's long-term strategic and financial goals, driving overall operational performance and consistency. Previously, she served as Regional President, West Coast, where she was responsible for leading comprehensive business and growth strategy for the West Coast market. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Sanders also served as the Regional Vice President, West Market, and a Director of Operations in the Pacific Region.

Prior to joining Pediatrix® Medical Group, Ms. Sanders held management roles in Network Development, Managed Care Contracting, Provider Relations and Physician Investigations.

Nanette has 35 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, including hospital, private practice and Insurance/managed care sectors.
