Matt Gammon

Matt Gammon joined Pediatrix as the Senior Vice President, Chief, Commercial & Payor Strategy in January 2026. In this role, he is focused on building strong, collaborative partnerships with health plans and employers to advance high-quality, physician-led care. Matt works closely with payor and employer partners to align reimbursement with clinical value, strengthen care quality, and support reliable access for patients and families. Prior to joining Pediatrix, Matt led payor strategy at Baylor Scott & White Health, where he drove value across the health system and its clinically integrated network, the Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance, supporting performance, alignment and sustainable growth. Earlier in his career, Matt served in leadership roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, partnering with health systems on network strategy and employer-focused initiatives. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Texas State University.
