Lauren Valdivia

Lauren Valdivia joined the company as Senior Vice President, Professional Litigation in 2026. In this role, Lauren oversees the company’s professional litigation. Prior to joining the company, Lauren was a Shareholder at a large national law firm where she practiced as a litigator and trial attorney, representing, among others, health care entities and medical professionals in all aspects of litigation. Lauren has a broad range of litigation experience, including trying matters successfully to verdict. In her private practice, Lauren also served as a strategic advisor to various health care entities on risk mitigation and avoidance. Lauren is barred and admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Florida and nine separate federal courts. Lauren holds a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University, both in New Jersey.
