Lauren Valdivia

Lauren Valdivia currently serves as the company’s Chief Litigation Officer. She joined the company as Senior Vice President, Professional Litigation in 2026. In her new role, Lauren oversees the company’s litigation. Prior to joining the company, Lauren was a Shareholder at a large national law firm where she practiced as a litigator and trial attorney, representing, among others, health care entities and medical professionals in all aspects of litigation. Lauren has a broad range of litigation experience, including trying matters successfully to verdict. In her private practice, Lauren also served as a strategic advisor to various health care entities on risk mitigation and avoidance. Lauren holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rutgers University, both in New Jersey.
