Hotel Reservation Details

The conference room rate at the Caesar’s Palace is $249.00 night, plus taxes and the resort fee is discounted at $34.01.

The conference rate will be available through January 23, 2026 or until the room block is full - whichever comes first. After this date, the group rate will be subject to hotel availability only. We encourage you to book promptly.  Please note that any reservations canceled less than 48 hours prior to your check-in date will incur a penalty of one night’s room rate plus tax.

Beware of Fraudulent Hotel Management Companies!  To avoid scams, book directly through this registration site. Caesars Palace’s booking site is the official and only 2026 NEO Conference housing provider.   No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of Pediatrix Medical Group Inc or the NEO Conference. These companies have not entered agreements with the Conference organizers and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference. If you receive suspicious communications from unauthorized vendors, please alert us immediately.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

Pediatrix hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend. However, understanding that extenuating circumstances do occur the Cancellation and Refund Policies are noted below.

Conference registration canceled in writing via email on or before January 19, 2026 is refundable but subject to a $200.00 cancellation fee. Registrants canceling on or after January 20, 2026 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's status.

In the event Pediatrix must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, Pediatrix will refund the cost of registration. However, Pediatrix does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging. Examples of unforeseen circumstances can include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, site unavailability due to civil disorder or local health department's regulations and restrictions regarding a health crisis or pandemic.
