Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24-48 hours in advance so we can offer your appointment time to another patient.

Late arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment.

Parent supervision

We encourage a parent to be present at the appointment. If a parent is not present, a signed consent form must be presented beforehand.

Scheduling surgery

If your child is a candidate for surgery, you may schedule the operation at the time of your visit. Our surgical coordinator will tell you dates and times available.
