Theodore Stathos, MD

Dr. Ted Stathos founded the practice, previously known as Rocky Mountain Pediatric Gastroenterology, in 1993. Dr. Stathos attended Creighton University and the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology at Texas Children's Hospital/Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Stathos has won national and international awards for research done in pediatric gastroenterology. His areas of expertise include invasive and therapeutic endoscopy. Dr. Stathos is one of the few pediatric gastroenterologists in the Rocky Mountain region that performs pediatric biliary endoscopy (ERCP). He has been listed in Denver's 5280 magazine as a "top doc" for 10 years running.
