Krista Heidar, M.D., grew up in the Pacific Northwest and received her medical degree from Loma Linda University in California. She completed her internship at Kettering Medical Center in Kettering, Ohio, and her residency in Ophthalmology at Loma Linda University. She completed a surgical fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and eye motility disorders at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. She is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and an active participant in Maintenance of Certification. She specializes in comprehensive pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus (eye muscle balance disorders).
